MoBioFood participated in the XXV Catalan Society of Digestology Congress celebrated in Reus

Katherine Gil presented our results regarding proanthocyanidins effects on the gastrointestinal tract. In concrete, the study provides the evidence of the ameliorative effect of a chronic supplementation with proanthocyanidins on HFD-induced intestinal alterations in rats, including the reduction of intestinal inflammation, oxidative stress and suggesting a prevention of barrier defect.
