Research collaboration between MoBioFood and the Imperial College from London
Dr Jacques Behmoaras and Jeong Hun Ko, from the Imperial College, joined our lab last week
During the last week, Dr Jacques Behmoaras and Jeong Hun Ko from the Imperial College, London, UK have visited our lab at the MoBioFood Research Group, URV, Spain due to a research collaboration.
The collaboration, which started three years ago with Dr Blay, is devoted to clarify the effect of diet proanthocyanidins in a knock-out model of metabolic disease. We hope to obtain relevant results for the understanding the effect of those bioactive food compounds on the gastrointestinal health in obesity.
