MoBioFood participates in the workshop "Molecular Cuisine" of the Science Day in the Southern Catalonia URV Campus
During the Science Week the URV organized three workshops for high school students about science and technology
The main objectives were to disseminate and bring the research done at the University to undergraduate students through practical workshops to help to promote vocations and guide students who are about to become part of the higher education system. These workshops are an initiative of the URV University, which opens its doors to students in second year of high school and motivates them to participate directly in research-related challenges.
Anna Ardévol and Àngela Casanova, from MoBioFood Research Group, organized the workshop "Molecular Cuisine" that included five activities regarding this issue.
