MoBioFood with scientific dissemination during the Science Week

During the Science Week, our mates Raúl Beltrán and Esther Rodríguez held a workshop for secondary school students. The students performed different experiments with food that all use every day like milk, potatoes and onions.

They observed cell structures and biomolecules under the microscope like starch granules, nuclei and cell walls; and determined some biomolecules of food like proteins!!
